SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
GREECE

All orders are shipped after 2-3 business days via ELTA Hellenic Post post or ELTA courier and reach the final destination in 1-5 days after the shipment date, depending your post choice. However occasionally due to situations beyond our control some orders may take longer.
The shipping cost for shipments within Greece is set at 3,90 to 15,00 €. Orders exceeding 150,00€ are not charged with an extra shipping cost.

EUROPE
All orders to European addresses are sent with ELTA Hellenic Post (8-10 business days) or ELTA Courier Express (1-2 days) .
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you have the right to return all or part of the order, within 15 days from the delivery date of the order. You can choose between the following procedures: Product exchange or Money refund .
Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. The products must be accompanied by their original packaging, in excellent condition, without damage, complete and with the relevant documents.
In case you choose product exchange, the return is FREE via Courier.

If you choose money refund you will be charged the full return cost. As soon as the return is complete we will credit you 3€ less.

Return procedures:
The packaging must be intact, not damaged and with no tags missing. Close the package safely.
Fill out the “Return Form” which you will find by clicking here, in order to inform us about the reasons of return and the way you want to help you.​

Product Exchange
You are liable to make changes to online KHIPU PROJECT store with your product and proof of purchase within 15 days from the delivery date. Make your changes online by sending your parcel back to the company. Your package inside should contain the returning product and the receipt. Also you should inform us either with email at info@khipuproject.com or by contact via phone 030 6975467362 -
Money refund
In case of full refund, you will receive the full amount of your purchase within 14 business days from the day we will receive the items back. In order to refund the money you must put the receipt inside the package. The refund will be executed by Eurobank. For money refund in other banks, any extra costs are not covered by us.
If you have received a defective item or the wrong item and decide to return it by post, remember to enclose the receipt of the postage expenses to return the package to our offices. Once we have inspected the condition of the items, we will reimburse the cost of the returned items and the corresponding postage and return expenses.
Please note that the postage expenses will be reimbursed after the items are reimbursed.
